Once a month Ms. Mast, our ELL (English Language Learner) teacher, coordinates a lunch with our Upper School exchange students. During these lunches she talks with our students about foods from their cultures, foods they miss and Ms. Mast makes a dessert for them to try. One month, the students bring in desserts to share. The above photo was from their last lunch and includes 9 of the 10 exchange students. This year they come from: Mali, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Lithuania, Germany, & Vietnam.
Thank you Ms. Mast for taking extra care of our exchange students!

The St. Croix Prep Science Club and students from AP Biology and Anatomy and Physiology had a once in a lifetime experience visiting the Cadaver Lab at the University of WI-Stout. Students experienced a campus tour, lunch, and either a visit to the Cadaver Lab for a 75 min. hands-on experience or a STEM experience coding robots and visiting STEM Laboratories. It was an amazing science day for all!
