The Health Office is located behind the Main Office. It is staffed by a Licensed School Nurse and a Health Assistant. The Nurses and Health Assistant work together as a team to meet the health needs of students. We have a unique understanding of students’ physical, social, and emotional needs and the impact those needs have on learning.

Item Drop Offs for Students
During the School Day
To drop off student items essential for their day at St. Croix Prep, follow directions posted at the Main Entrance door buzzer.
- Musical Instruments and uniforms may be dropped off in the Main Office.
- All other items (e.g., homework) must be labeled with student name and homeroom teacher (K-4) or name and grade (5-12) and placed on cart located near the door buzzer.
- Items on cart that are not properly labeled will not be delivered. Undeliverable items will be recycled or discarded after 24 hours. The school cannot guarantee an item will be delivered by a certain time. Items will be delivered as staff and student schedules permit.
- No food, beverage, or water bottle drop offs allowed.
2023-2024 COVID-19 Protocols
- Report student and staff positive Covid cases to the school as soon as possible using this form:
- Positive students should stay home for 5 days. If able to return on day 6, they should wear a mask for 5 days.
- There is no quarantine for other household members. Siblings should test on day 5, and go/stay home and test if they have any symptoms. If families choose to keep siblings home, their absence from school will be excused.
