LS Music

We are excited to let families know registration for our 3rd/4th grade choir is opening soon. Choir gives students a chance to express themselves, develop musical skills and have fun!

Rehearsals:

We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:45 am – 9:30 am from January 7th – May 11th.

Registration

Registration is done through a lottery system, which is now open. There will be a link for 3rd grade and a link for 4th grade with a maximum of 32 students. Student names will be drawn on Friday, 12/12 and a waitlist will be created if needed. Sign-up links can be found on the school website under the Athletic and Activities page or in the parent update.

  • Friday, 1/23 at 7:30 pm: Prep Boys Basketball Game
  • Saturday, 2/21 11:00 am: Gophers Game
  • Monday, 3/9 at 6:30 pm: Combined Jazz Concert
  • Wednesday, 5/6, time TBD: Lower school Fine Art Showcase
  • Tuesday, 5/12 at 5:15 pm: Combined MS Choir Concert

*There will be an additional cost for Gophers tickets that families will get through a link. They are providing a discounted, affordable rate.

NO SCHOOL

January 23, 2026

The school building, including administrative offices, will be closed. ALL before and after school (including evening) activity practices are canceled and there will be no YMCA YCare.
Tomorrow will be an E-Learning Day for students. Instructions and attendance expectations regarding E-Learning Days will be communicated by each division and/or classroom. The boys basketball games starting at 4:45 pm tomorrow WILL be held as scheduled.
Classes will resume on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Please note: all after school activities TODAY, Thursday, January 22 will remain on as scheduled.
