Program Description

Girls Lacrosse is a spring season sport for Girls in grades 7 through 12. Varsity plays 13 Games in the regular season along with a Section postseason. We practice or play games Mondays through Saturdays. The start of the 2026 season is Monday March 30th.

Our program is built on inclusion and growth!

No playing experience is necessary! We can teach anyone how to play the game if they want to learn!

Program Description

Middle School Athletes

7th and 8th graders are an important part of the Prep Lacrosse Program. Many 7th and 8th graders play through their association at the completion of the Prep lacrosse JV season. Prep Lax provides a valuable opportunity to practice/play 6 days per week with qualified coach instruction. We play between 10 and 13 JV games and 13 Varsity games. Please email Coach Brandt if you have any questions on how WULAX or SALA can work in tandem with Prep lacrosse.

Captains Practices

Captains practices will be held in the weeks leading up to the season. Practices will be held on the field or in the gym depending on weather. Captains/Upperclass lead the team through drills. Email coach Brandt to get on the email list for more information.

Co-Op

St. Croix Prep Girls Lacrosse is a Co-op program accepting athletes from Liberty Classical, New Life Academy, and South St. Paul. Please email Coach Brandt([email protected]) if you have any questions about joining the lacrosse team or if you need to be added to the email communication list.

NO SCHOOL

January 23, 2026

The school building, including administrative offices, will be closed. ALL before and after school (including evening) activity practices are canceled and there will be no YMCA YCare.
Tomorrow will be an E-Learning Day for students. Instructions and attendance expectations regarding E-Learning Days will be communicated by each division and/or classroom. The boys basketball games starting at 4:45 pm tomorrow WILL be held as scheduled.
Classes will resume on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Please note: all after school activities TODAY, Thursday, January 22 will remain on as scheduled.
