Summer School

Summer school is:

for students currently in kindergarten through 8th grade. The programming offers a FUN enrichment to address the skills previously learned during the school year. It is designed so that students enhance their skills through a less formal program than the traditional school year at SCPA. It is taught by SCPA teachers, and it is a great way to support students in maintaining many of the social and academic skills gained during the school year.

When ?

** If students attend the Y-Care Summer Power at SCPA, they are walked to and from by the classroom teacher. Y-Care and SCPA work together to ensure that students are able to participate in all field trips.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! Summer school is absolutely FREE for this year!

Are uniforms required?

NO! Uniform attire is not required for summer school! Students should wear appropriate shoes so they can play outdoors. Currently, masks are still required through July 1st per the governor’s announcement. This is subject to change.
